An Olmec Jade Figure
c. 1000 - 500 AD
In mottled apple green jade, the figure with arms crossed at chest,
legs slightly bent at knees, eyes and earlobes drilled for inlay,
drilled lengthwise through neck for suspension. A cap or coiffure
tilted to the proper right at crown. In excellent condition.
