    Triceratops Brow Horn
    Triceratops horridus
    Late Cretaceous
    Hell Creek Formation
    Montana, USA

While all Dinosaurs were not large, there seems to be something fitting when fossils from the popular creatures are massive in size. That is the case with this absolutely colossal Triceratops Brown Horn. An incredibly large and heavy example, the monster measures a whopping 33 inches (84 cm) at maximum length. The huge offering was made whole through restoration of individual pieces, which is typical for bigger vertebrate fossils, and the result of expert work is this incomparable specimen with a significant and impactful visual appeal. The huge and highly textural light brown fossil comes with a custom metal base for mounting the ancient horn in a most desirable display position. This elongated example flares out from the tip to massive open end that terminates into section of shield frill attesting to the natural placement of the single brow horn. The sheer size of the horn is notable, and the quality only enhances the museum quality piece. The extreme end of the tip is slightly truncated which, again, is quite typical.
    Overall Measurements: 33.07 x 14.57 x 5.12 inches (84.00 x 37.00 x 13.00 cm)
