This impressive Tiger's Eye tabletop would be an excellent focal piece for most any room. This stone has been superbly cut and polished into a decorative utilitarian element measuring 16 inches (40.64 cm) in diameter with a thickness of 1 inch (2.5 cm). It features an attractive "bull-nosed" edging and highly saturated hues of dark black Magnetite with large patches of red Hematite and Jasper. These rich, darker colors are accented by bursts of yellow Goethite and serpentine bands of chatoyant Tiger's Eye. There are also exceptionally large areas of dark green Riebeckite and Goethite. The back has been coated with a thin layer of fiber glass for added reinforcement. This unique furnishing is in pristine condition.
