From the windswept sands of the Sahara desert comes this fine collection of Neolithic gem points, finely knapped and expertly fashioned from flint, chalcedony, chert, jasper and quartzite. Thousands of years beneath the intense gamma rays of the burning North African sun have imparted a rich patina, finely burnished by wind-borne sand polishing. With exceptional points and superb edges, the collection is presented in a 16¼ x 12¼ inch Riker mount and the largest example measures 2½ inches long.
