    Xiefang Mine, Ruijin Co.
    Ganzhou, Jiangxi

Presented on a custom engraved acrylic base, this beautiful Baryte displays with an astonishing flair. The piece consists of three massive blocky geometric crystals that are wonderfully juxtaposed and extremely well-balanced. From a relatively "new" find, this example exhibits outstanding luster to its broad crystals containing striated texture both inside and out. Heavy, dense and highly saturated, the representation is a supreme collector piece with rich amber coloration and massive crystal forms. From the Xiefang Mine in Jiangxi, this substantial offering measuring over 5 inches (13 cm) across is quite dramatic. Any damage to the monstrously sized crystals is rather minimal. Baryte tends to appeal to a more serious collector clientele given its somewhat obscure nature, but its subtle aesthetics, as shown here, easily explain why its coveted nonetheless.
    Measurements: 5.20 x 3.94 x 2.73 inches (13.20 x 10.00 x 6.94 cm)
