This is a striking and very sizable, doubly-terminated crystal of Elbaite from the Stewart Mine. All throughout, the crystal has an extremely vibrant pink hue and is topped with a watery-clear, green zone across throughout the flatter termination; on the opposite end of the specimen, the crystal comes to a more complex termination that is lightly accented with a deeper reddish-pink zoning. The sides of the Elbaite are adorned with contrasting white blades of Albite and an isolated association of Lepidolite.
More Information: This piece is in excellent condition with some mild chatter on one of the edges.
