This is an interesting presentation of incredible Opal from Down Under. This Boulder Opal has been cut and polished to reveal a nodule of vibrant deep dominate blue which fires up with mind-blowing green, blue and purple. The sides of the Opal face has been polished to highlight the play-of-color with red, green, purple, yellow and orange. The entire piece is housed in a white clay matrix indicative of the famous South Australian locality. This is a world-class specimen from a renowned region. Moreover, this Opal is simply fantastic when viewed with exceptional color, saturation and fire. It is a "wow" specimen.
