It seems that the various types of Zeolites just keep coming and coming, and this tecto-silicate mineral known as Heulandite is no doubt a member of that prestigious family. A single, light peach crystal fans out in a spray pattern rising from a crystalline white matrix encased in a green "vug" of volcanic origin. This is a quite attractive example of a Zeolite which is strikingly impressive in form and in composition.
