    3.32 x 3.08 x 2.04 inches (8.44 x 7.84 x 5.19 cm)

    When Fluorites started coming out of China in larger quantities many years ago, the green color was a significant difference that set them apart from the purple, blue and golden-brown examples so known form the classic American localities. This specimen cluster of rich green crystal points on a grainy white matrix is a nice representation of the material looking more like a specimen from Riemvasmaak, South Africa which has been the hot location for the mineral in recent years. While maybe not as popular, the city of Chenzou in Hunan Province, China is well known to mineral enthusiasts for its natural treasures.
