This outstanding Enargite is a positively HUGE. It is a stellate mass of stout, black prisms with flat terminations, and faint iridescence and alteration on some surfaces. Colorless, bladed Barite is present in the center of the specimen. It appears that some of the Barite has been removed to allow a better view of the Enargite. Individual crystals range in size up to 2.62 inches (6.6 cm) long and up to 1.87 inches (4.7 cm) across. There is a Pyrite 'conga line' showing on the bottom, otherwise there is no matrix or minerals other than Barite & Enargite. The Barites, as mentioned, were partially removed, others are in good shape and the Enargite is in excellent condition.
Overall measurements: 8 x 8 x 5 inches (20.3 x 20.3 x 12.7 cm). Offered at no reserve.
