    Diamond in Kimberlite
    Sakha Republic (Saha Republic; Yakutia)
    Eastern-Siberian Region
    Russia

    This fractured piece of Kimberlite has a "dome" shape with a unique notch at the top, but it is the clear Diamond in the rock, which makes this something very special. The glassy specimen is embedded in an open area of the surface and really catches the light when it sparkles. Growth patterns are visible with this specimen which represents an unusual occurrence, so any association like this is highly collectible. The Diamond is estimated to be roughly one carat. There are currently various restrictions on the shipping of Diamonds, especially internationally, so please be aware of any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations before bidding on this Lot.
