This Aussie Gold nugget is exceptional, for a number of reasons. The sheer size of 4.6 troy ounces makes it relatively large. The form exhibits a wonderful duality, with numerous raised and smooth sections with vibrant gold faces. A captivating secondary orangey hue populates much of the rough exterior of the big nugget in contrast to the classic golden-yellow color of the pronounced areas giving the specimen a very nice overall appearance. Patches of reddish-brown matrix are visible in the seams between the Gold folds.
Overall Measurements: 2.03 x 1.43 x 0.68 inches (5.15 x 3.63 x 1.72 cm), weighs 143 grams (4.6 oz t)
