    Crystallized Gold
Eagle's Nest Mine (Mystery Wind Mine)
Sage Hill, Michigan Bluff Mining District (Michigan Bluff Mining deposit)
    Placer Co., California, USA

From the world-renowned Eagle's Nest Mine in California, this truly spectacular example of a crystallized Gold on Quartz is a superb specimen and one ideal representation of the coveted Placer County material which is so prized among collectors. This leafy and striking specimen offers two sides which could easily be the primary display face, and this finer Gold is highly dimensional, unusually solid and extremely brilliant for the variety. The museum specimen once belonged in the collection of Hubert Charles de Monmonier and is presented on a custom engraved acrylic base. This is simply an exquisite crystallized Gold over two naturally artistic faces with incredible provenance, collector aesthetics and truly stunning, visual appeal.
    Overall Measurements: 3.37 x 2.77 x 0.59 inches (8.57 x 7.04 x 1.50 cm), weighs 133 grams

Provenance: Hubert Charles de Monmonier Collection

[Scale: 1 inch, with mark at 1 cm]
