Tsumeb Mine (Tsumcorp Mine), Tsumeb, Otjikoto (Oshikoto) Region, Namibia
"Pink Champagne" is the color that comes closest to describing the hue seen here. Looking down the 'C' axis of this reticulated crystal group displays the 'snowflake' form particularly well-developed in specimens from Tsumeb. Viewed from the side, the specimen shows the satin luster this mineral is also known for. There is a minor amount of the typical grey matrix and a minor amount of nicks on side edges. Condition is fine. There is an accession number (2892) on the back side. Overall dimensions are 2 ½ inches long x 1 7/8 inches wide x 1 7/8 inches deep.
