This large cabinet-sized specimen has a 360-degree view filled with a beautiful combination of pegmatitic minerals! Scattered across a backdrop of white Cleavelandite and Mica are robust, transparent Quartz points (some of which are doubly terminated) and contrasting Tourmaline. Many of the Tourmalines have a deep black color, capped by gemmy blue-green zones and sharp terminations, which are especially visible in the larger crystals. Other groups of sharply formed, chisel-shaped Topaz crystals are scattered across the specimen and, oddly enough, fluoresce a pale blue under short-wave UV light.
