A superb example of Stibnite from the renowned mining localities of Maramureș County, this striking piece is composed of two interconnected, rotund radial clusters of sharply terminated, prismatic "blades." The largest crystals reach up to 4.3 centimeters in length. Each blade is saturated with a dark, steely grey color, subtly accented with a bluish tinge, and marked by fine striations that enhance their already bold, metallic luster. Entirely free of matrix, the specimen stands on its own and displays beautifully from multiple angles, making it an exceptional addition to any fine mineral collection.

More Information: This piece is in excellent condition with some minor bruising speckled throughout the specimen.
