Most mineral collectors who take the hobby at all seriously will know of Cornwall as a prime locality for English specimens and consider it a classic in terms of what it has produced. This Siderite is old and rare in addition to being an excellent example of a globular, platy cluster of nodules. The dull brown example comes with an antique-looking, historic label indicating it dates all the way back to the late 19th Century.
