This fine example of Native Silver on Calcite is quite substantial for the variety. Mined from the Imiter Mine in Morocco, this dramatic material consists of a snow-white Calcite matrix with blades of sharp metallic Silver crystals scattered across the large plate topped with clusters of dark gray Acanthite. Both sides of this specimen have a nice representation of Silver crystals in a flowing arrangement, while one side has a vein of pink Erythrite with areas of shimmering Mica. The combination is truly something to behold, and this complex visually impactful piece is in excellent condition.
