This specimen has a complete 360-degree view of splendid primary Malachite from the Shaba Deposit in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, showing dense groups connected together with thin casts, matrix, and plenty of negative space for added complexity. Most of the Malachite ranges from small botryoides to broad clusters, each accented with a bright, velvety sheen and rich green color. The clusters reach around 2.2 centimeters across. This piece presents nicely on a custom acrylic base.
