The huge length of this large mineralized plate is covered end-to-end with sizable Fluorite crystals, all of which being wonderfully lustrous and having a great subsurface transparency. The surfaces are shiny and slightly textured due to macromosaicism, but all edges are wonderfully sharp. The color a light steely grey, with a cool tint. Within each cube on this cluster are clouds of what could either be white inclusions or cracqueler from a previous generation of Fluorite: either way, it makes for a beautiful effect similar to the specimens of Weardale.
