The way this Epidote is arranged naturally presents the primary crystals of this specimen as the focal point of the piece, in a way that is surprisingly organic and dynamic. Much like the rest of the Epidote, the most prominent crystals have deep hues of dark and olive green, with the lighter colors weaving through the vertical crystals. Most clearly seen in the less condensed portions of the specimen, the Epidote has a level of transparency that creates a good balance between gemminess and strong coloration. Associated deposits of white Albite crystals accent the assortment of smaller Epidote crystals. Many of the crystals have very sharp terminations and a strong, vitreous luster. This specimen comes with a custom engraved acrylic base.
