The overall arrangement of this combination specimen is simply spectacular, showing stout, well-formed Chalopyrite crystals (reaching 3.4 centimeters) isolated across a matrix of Sphalerite and Galena. Each of the Chalcopyrite crystals have an eye-catching brassy-yellow color, accented with patches of colorful iridescence and a high metallic luster. The relatively flat, lighter grey backdrop of Galena and underlining black Sphalerite not only add contrast to the Chaclopyrite crystals, but also add to the specimen's three-dimensionality. This piece comes with a custom acrylic base.
