This is a very interesting specimen of metallic gray Bornite on Copper. The Bornite is botryoidal and bubbly with a crystallized surface which creates an almost shimmery effect. On the periphery of the piece, the Bornite becomes iridescent and colorful, with vibrant blue, purple, and green sections adding a pop of color to contrast the gray crystals and giving dimension to the presentation of this specimen. All together, the shape, texture, and color of this Bornite make for an extremely attractive specimen. This piece comes with a custom acrylic base.
