The Ahmednagar District has arguably produced some of the most recognizable Fluorapophyllite specimens available. This is another fabulous specimen from the district, showing seven well-defined, doubly-terminated Fluorapophyllite wheat-sheafs (up to 4.6 centimeters) spread over a backdrop of lustrous white Stilbite and what is likely a light pink layer of Heulandite. The Fluorapophyllite is very bright and translucent with a strong luster and rich mint green color. This piece comes with a custom acrylic base.
