This stunning Fluorite is out of the coveted Alien Eye pocket. The world-class Fluorite shows deep green color with very little need of backlighting - in fact, in normal showcase light, it glows, hints the pockets name. This phenomenal example represents a very rare variety of Fluorite, almost the "cream of the crop" for Fluorite collectors. Yielding from the renowned 2007 Alien Eye pocket of the Erongo Mountains. It is a complete, perfect crystal showing the typical internal complexity that makes these examples so unique. Unlike many other examples, this piece has perfect color saturation - both the internal green and purple colors are at their maximum. This type of specimen is rarely seen for sale or offered at auction. Additionally, this piece has never been seen on the market until now. Of further note, one of the most famous examples from this pocket is currently on display at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, Texas. This world-class offering is replete of both damage and repair. This auction from a private collector represents a unique opportunity to own one of the most desirable Fluorite varieties.
