One rather unique representation of the Sericho Meteorite from Kenya, this massive example, weighing over 5 kilograms (11 pounds), is severe looking and extremely sharp, to the point that care in handling is recommended (wear gloves). The somewhat three-sided specimen features a honeycomb of quite sharp metal over its entirety and multiple circular 'pockets' where Olivine crystals associated with the pallasite likely eroded. Measuring nearly 10 inches (25 cm) in length, this monstrous meteorite in terms of weight and dimensions is far from typical. The stark and rugged exterior makes for an intriguing large specimen.
