This unique meteorite's most noticeable differential attribute is its cloudy gray coloration. With a polished 'window' face and rather compelling rugged exterior, this offering is no typical specimen. Weighing a substantial 450 grams, this rare lunar of the troctolitic melt breccia variety represents a finer example of Touat 008. Purchased by the consignor from the finder, this highly uncommon type of Moon Rock was found in Algeria in 2023. With a lustrous semi-gloss appearance over the considerable surface area, this grayish piece of extraterrestrial material makes a wonderful show specimen for any case lucky enough to display it. A most unusual lunar meteorite, this is extremely visually striking. The total known weight for this troctolitic melt breccia is less than a mere 3 kilograms (7.6 pounds).
