While any piece of the Moon is something to behold and cherish, a quality example of a lunar meteorite is definitely out of the ordinary. This truly exquisite specimen of NWA 15655 weighs just over 152 grams and features a glorious, polished window display face that showcases the feldspathic breccia in superb form. This piece boasts a beautiful and contrasting smooth surface with a myriad of lightly colored clasts against the charcoal background, including an extremely large whitish clast near the periphery. This ideal representation, measuring nearly 4 inches (10 cm), has a natural exterior with a considerable amount of brown fusion crust. The end cut form results in this being a wonderful specimen of Earth's lone satellite.
