The feldspathic breccia NWA 11266 is a Lunar Meteorite, which definitely makes it something special. However, this incredible specimen is impressive on many counts. The piece is an end cut and weighs 161.8 grams making it quite substantial. The hefty example also features a smooth polished window showcasing the regolith in stunning form. The rustic dimensional exterior is nearly equally appealing with its brecciated nature of numerous constituents of various sizes. This is a fine piece of the Moon, and this represents the second largest piece - only smaller than the main mass - of the NWA 11266.
Overall Measurements: 3.02 x 1.87 x 1.79 inches (7.67 x 4.75 x 4.55 cm), weighs 161.8 grams
