    Witnessed Fall: 12 February 1947 10:30 am local time
    1.52 x 0.98 x 0.39 inches (3.86 x 2.48 x 0.98 cm)

    The Sikhote-Alin is one of the most prized of all iron Meteorites in the world. The metallic material from Outer Space has a natural aesthetic quality and is very stable over time. The example of "shrapnel" from the famous fall here has been fashioned into a pendant designed to be worn on a necklace. This makes a unique gift for someone that is truly out of this world. This is simply cool and one excellent presentation.
