This angular slice comes from the Saint-Aubin Meteorite, a rare Iron IAB complex fall discovered in the Champagne-Ardenne region of France. The polished surface reveals a stunning Widmanstätten pattern-an interlocking lattice of Nickel-Iron crystals that forms only in the slow cooling environment of outer space. Subtle variations in luster and etching bring the geometric structure into sharp relief, while the natural edge and dark weathering rind along the back offer contrast and context. First recovered in the early 1960s, Saint-Aubin specimens remain scarce on the market due to limited availability. This elegant slice is both a scientific marvel and a striking display piece for any advanced meteorite collection.
