The beautiful material that comprises certain meteorites can
sometimes be made into something very special, as is the case with
this phenomenal three-dimensional cube of Muonionalusta meteorite.
This unusual presentation features six sides of some 2 square
inches (5 cm) which all showcase an exquisite Widmanstätten
pattern as this Iron octahedrite features interwoven patterns
of Kamacite and Taenite banding. The finish of this block is
superior to what is normally seen in such examples as the cube has
a wonderful shine enhancing its appearance. This hefty geometric
item weighs just over one full kilogram.
Overall Measurements: 2.00 x 2.00 x 2.00 inches (5.08 x 5.08 x
5.08 cm), weighs 1,002 grams
