This Henbury Meteorite from Australia is one absolute classic. An ideal size and featuring the amazing "desert" patina, this specimen weighing 657 grams has a mix of reddish-orange and brown coloration. Found in 1931 and associated with numerous craters, such material represents Iron-Nickel crystallized from a melt. Classified as an Iron, IIIAB, this piece has broad and shallow craters on both main surfaces, and this stunner from Down Under is naturally and sculpturally artistic with a rustic and rugged appeal.
