This exceptional specimen of Campo del Cielo Meteorite is an absolute classic featuring outstanding size, artistic shape, and amazing cratering over its highly textural and dark metallic surface. Weighing a robust 3.2 kilograms (7 pounds), this stunner is an extremely collectible example of the iconic iron variety. From Argentina, such material is prized by major collectors, and this superb offering is an ideal representation. The exceedingly "regmaglypted" individual can display in multiple orientations and even stand vertically. No surprise, this was one of Geoff Notkin's favorite pieces, having resided in his collection for over 15 years.
