The noted writer explores biology in this volume by addressing the very origins of life and of mankind. Crick had even proposed the idea known as directed panspermia - the theory that life here on Earth could have originated from 'seeds' of DNA projected into the universe by some extraterrestrial civilization that is sometimes referred to as Crick Theory.
