UNIQUE "STAINED GLASS" LAMP with AUTHENTIC AMMONITE FOSSILS

This unique, artisan crafted rectangular lamp is fashioned with authentic Ammonites (Cleoniceras sp.) fossils from the exotic island nation of Madagascar. The lamp features an astonishing 33 high-quality, well polished Ammonite halves that range in color from golden brown to cream yellow - all due to Calcite replacement during fossilization. The intricately complex suture patterning gives added depth to the overall composition. The largest, and arguably most beautiful Ammonite on the lamp, measures 3.5 inches (8.89 cm) in diameter and is a striking shade of yellow. Painstakingly handcrafted, the Ammonites literally "pop" out visually when the lamp is lit. It is in excellent condition.
The lamp has an overall height of 13.5 inches (34.29 cm) and is 6.25 inches (15.88 cm) wide in both directions.
