Expertly crafted from ancient material believed to date back to the Precambrian Era, this 4.28-inch (10.88 cm) Tiger's-Eye sphere from Madagascar is truly captivating. The orb displays remarkable qualities, including a chatoyant luster and intricate banding, enhanced by a dynamic color palette. Unique to this region, the sphere features a vivid blue coloration from altered Crocidolite fibers, which contrast beautifully with the earthy browns, reds, and blacks.
