Green and purple Fluorite from China is prized for its rich contrasting color combination and intricate internal growth pattern. This generous offering exhibits highly saturated green Fluorite with a large patch of bluish-purple Fluorite, which has been painstakingly carved into a robust decorative orb. This sphere, measuring just over 5.7 inches (14.5 cm) in diameter, displays dynamic coloration with moss-like rich green and bluish-purple hues with a stark white vein traversing the center, reminiscent of a lightning bolt, and, when viewed under Longwave Ultraviolet light, the entire orb displays a rich blue hue. The dense sphere has an even spherical shape, a high polish, and a vitreous internal luster. The movement and dynamism combine to create one visually attractive offering.
