Just in time for the Christmas shopping season, this red and green polished palm-filler is a piece of so called Sonora Sunset from the famous Milpillas Mine in Sonora, Mexico known for producing electric blue Azurites among other fine minerals. Here a sea foam greenish-blue Chrysocolla and orangey-red Chalcotricite combine to create a unique two-tone coloration on the computer mouse sized specimen. This exotic paperweight has a lot to like about it and is very solid with a colorful rough rock throughout.
