Labradorite lends itself to being one of the most awe-inspiring minerals as it can hold secrets. Almost immediately upon viewing, the mineral lights up with bold areas of bright blue and gold schiller. Labradorite is a mesmerizing material exhibiting an optical phenomenon known as "labradorescence." This habit was created when the material formed "needle-like" inclusions which throw light in an incredible fashion. This natural piece of art features a 360-degree polish and a flat cut bottom facilitating a simple installation process. Installation should take place where this piece can be illuminated to its full potential, although this lapidary piece of art is not ever going to disappoint.
