    Seraphanite Box
    Stone Source: Kola Peninsula
    Murmanskaya Oblast', Northern Region
    Russia

    Seraphanite is an uncommon mineral with a most interesting pattern. This little box features the stone's quintessential "feather-like" crystal formation. These silver chatoyant fibers light up depending on the angle viewed and highlight the wonderful greenish-gray hue of the box. The gold-plated piano-hinged lid lifts to reveal a black velvet and stone lined inside. The bottom is also finished with Serpentinite, a stone with Olivine crystals. The box rests on rounded black feet.
    Overall Measurements: 3.50 x 2.50 x 1.50 inches (8.89 x 6.35 x 3.81 cm)
