    This outstanding tessellated box has been crafted by a master Italian lapidarist whose skill is such that there are virtually no gaps in the inlay work. Each semi-precious piece has been painstakingly polished and fitted exactly into place. An explosion of color has been created using a vast array of stones from around the world: Amazonite from Russia, Rhodochrosite from Argentina, Malachite from Congo, Picture Jasper from Utah, Fossil Stromatolite from Bolivia, Lapis from Afghanistan, Amethyst from Brazil, Tiger's Eye from South Africa, Sodalite from Namibia, Labradorite from Madagascar and Tiger Iron from Australia, as well as numerous Jaspers, Onyx, Granites and Rhyolites. In excellent condition, this attractive box is finished with gold plated brass fittings and a Black Onyx interior.
