This attractive table box has been carved out of lovely green Nephrite, one of the many forms of Jade. Nephrite is one of the oldest stones used in ornamental carvings. This stone box appears opaque with sprays of black across the stone akin to a Jackson Pollock painting. The lid lifts with a gold-plated brass piano hinge to reveal a stark black interior. The bottom is a black stone finished with rubber feet.
Overall Measurements: 5.87 x 3.37 x 1.50 inches (14.90 x 8.55 x 3.81 cm)
