    Condition Report*: Board measures 18-1/2 x 24 inches; slight discoloration to the sheet with light mat burn; surface grime; framewear with a few small abrasions; one approximate 2 inch scratch extending from the lower left edge; one approximate 1 inch scratch to the upper right quadrant; framed under glass.
