    This absolutely classic Petty pin-up was reproduced many times: in the September 1946 issue of True magazine (with the caption "There's something wrong with this phone...a man called and didn't try to date me"), the Petty Girl Calendar for 1947, much later in Modern Maturity magazine, June/July 1983, as well as on page 128 in The Classic Pin-Up Art of George Petty by Reid Stewart Austin, Gramercy Books, 1997.

    Condition Report*: Abrasion from previous adhesive along upper central edge; woman's head and left hand were painted on separate paper and have been pasted on and are slightly lifting from board; a previous version of left index finger is visible; otherwise in good condition. Framed under glass to an overall size of 29.25 x 20.25 inches.
