    Artist: Ai Van Pham
Stone Source: Bou Oudi, Tata Province, Guelmin-Es Semara, Morocco

This very fine Amethyst parure consists of a total of eighteen extremely well cut bi-color gemstones fashioned by renown master gemcutter Ai Van Pham: five time winner of the coveted AGTA "Spectrum Awards". Utilizing exotic Amethyst crystals from Morocco, he facetted doubly terminated crystals that best exhibited the unusual "hour glass" bi-color combination of purple and colorless. He cut the finest of these crystals to create his unique "bubble" style gems. The result is what you see here: a totally exquisite set of matching gemstones with deep royal purple coloration contrasted by water-clear zones. The highlight of the necklace set are two gems: a 11.93 ct. pear-shape that measures 28.5 x 12.6 x 2.7 mm and a 12.53 ct. cushion that measures 19.2 x 11.9 mm. The rest of the necklace consists of 14 emerald-cut stones that range from 12.53 ct. and 18.4 x 12.0 mm down to 6.14 ct. and 15.6 x 8.8 mm. There are also two matched pear-shaped stones, suitable for earrings, that weigh 11.42 and 11.79 cts. respectively. This unique parure is truly one-of-a-kind and is in pristine condition. It is no wonder that Ai Van Pham has received the Cutting Edge Award for "Pairs & Suites" - his mastery is ably demonstrated here.
    Total Carat Weight: 173.21 cts.
    Offered at no reserve.
