This rarely seen octagonal cut Thaumasite has a calming yellow hue. Thaumasite is a mineral rarely found faceted, but this one weighs in at just over 2 carats. Due to the stones very soft nature at 3.5 on the Mohs hardness scale it is more suitable for admiring than wearing. This rare gemstone is slightly included with a fancy cut featuring a honeycomb patterning. All in all this is a very unique stone in good condition.
