    Gemstone: Rhodolite Garnet - 6.97 Cts.
    Tanzania

    This classic Rhodolite Garnet weighs in at nearly 7 carats and showcases a skilled modern cushion cut with brilliant facets. The stone was cut with great care to maximize a deep red color easily visible in this impressive example. Due to the chemical structure, this gem has a unique display habit. The main body is a deep raspberry purple-red, but, when the stone is rotated, flashes of an orangey-red become visible. The Garnet is simply stunning for its superb color and cut not to mention eye-clean and in pristine condition. When viewed under a microscope, the gemstone displays beautiful needles.
    Measurements: 13.73 x 9.46 x 6.51 mm, 6.97 cts.
