    Wah Wah Mts, Beaver Co.
    Utah, USA

This vibrant Red Beryl comes from the vaunted type locality for the variety, the Wah Wah Mountains in Utah. This source is world renowned for the gem quality material it produces. This cushion shaped example weighs in at just over one carat and displays a truly unparalleled raspberry-red hue. The stone owes its unique color to Manganese impurities. The gem is visibly included, but is, otherwise, in great condition.

    Provenance: The Jena Blue Collection
