Description

Gemstone: Green Beryl - 104.58 Cts.
Pancas, Espirito Santo
Minas Gerais
Brazil

The foundation of any great gemstone is the quality of the rough material. This Green Beryl is a superb stone and was cut from an outstanding piece of glassy rock. Weighing an impressive 104.58 carats, the natural stone features a triangular shape with a modified brilliant cut. The behemoth trillion gemstone shows no indications of enhancement and exhibits a doubly-terminated prismatic crystal with only the slightest of inclusions. The gem is transparent with an attractive color and good proportions. The light yellowish-green coloration is quite striking, adding to the inherent appeal of this enormous gemstone. The stone was obviously the work of a skilled cutter - in this case, Frank Schaffer of FGS Gems - who is clearly experienced with maximizing yield and highlighting attributes of a material. A fabulous stone of this quality and magnitude is certainly impressive, and this incredible Green Beryl is in excellent form.
Overall Measurements: 35.62 x 36.32 x 19.61 mm, 104.58 cts.

Accompanied by AGL Certificate #1085213
